Join us for this unique opportunity as we partner with One Aether to bring you an all-inclusive rafting, breathwork, and movement adventure. Three days and two nights on the wild and scenic Middle Fork of the Flathead River will give you the chance to reestablish your connection with nature and deepen your connection to yourself. This trip includes gourmet meals, breathtaking scenery, starlit nights, and daily movement and breathwork practices led by Brandon and Charlie from One Aether. It’s time to disconnect to reconnect on the river.

What’s included:

  • An all-inclusive 3-day and 2-night river trip outfitted by Glacier Raft Company

  • All gear and camping essentials provided

  • Three gourmet meals per day with snacks and drinks included

  • Personal consultation to address physical limitations, allergies, and dietary concerns

  • Transportation coordination to and from your adventure destination

FAQS

  • The Middle Fork of the Flathead is considered a family-friendly river. Completely fed by snowmelt and rainfall, high flows range from May to June and consistently drop throughout the summer. You can anticipate a pristine, scenic river with a friendly class 2-3 rapid section at the end to finalize the trip.

  • The retreat begins Friday, August 4th, and ends the afternoon of Sunday, August 6th. 

  • You will fly into and out of Glacier Park International Airport. Approximately 29 minutes from Glacier Outdoor Center (Our Meeting Location). 

  • The Flathead Valley is equipped with Uber service. We will provide a list of shuttle services and assist in coordination from your place of stay to the Glacier Outdoor Center. You will incur transportation costs but our team will assist in aligning transportation for you. 

  • Our workshops are built to be an all-inclusive experience meaning all you need to bring is appropriate clothing and comfort items. We will provide all camping essentials and a detailed packing list upon registration. 

  • Covid tests will be dependent on your airline policies and updated requirements at the time of this trip.

  • The deposit is $745 and is due at the time of reservation. Please read our cancelation policy. We will adapt this policy accordingly if there are exceptional circumstances, such as ongoing covid-related restrictions or serious health concerns.

  • You may split the remainder of the retreat balance into payments that suit your budget. However, the total amount of your retreat balance is due 45 days before your trip.

Adventure Design Specialist
Liz Poole is a curator of adventure trips and retreats. A certified Swift Water Rescue Technician, Wilderness First Responder, and Whitewater Kayak Instructor.

Liz is a strong believer in the healing power of outdoor spaces. She founded FLUX Adventure Designs for those who are seeking community and growth through adventure.

 
 

Charlie Covey - Movement & Yoga

Charlie Covey is a certified exercise physiologist, yoga instructor and personal trainer. He holds a masters degree in Applied Exercise Physiology from Columbia University. 

He believes that movement and exercise can empower people of all ages, sizes, and genders. He aims to make fitness more inclusive and approachable to every body. 

Brandon Groux - Breathwork

Brandon Groux is a full-time life and relationship coach and certified Revelation Breathwork facilitator.

He is passionate about creating a space to help people release self-sabotaging behavior patterns and to live life confidently and with purpose.

Workshop Cancelation Policy 

Cancelation Policy: 

Total is due 45 days prior to the trip date. 

Reservation Fee (25% of the total) is due at time of reservation. 

Cancelation for any reason more than 45 days prior will get a 25% refund. 

Cancelation less than 45 days prior to the trip date is non-refundable but will be issued a 75% credit to use through the end of the following year towards a trip. 

You will receive 100% credit towards a future trip if: 

We are unable to run your trip for any reason. Reasons may include, weather, water flows, wildfire, or any other unforeseen circumstance. An exception will be made for an unexpected illness with a 100% credit issued to attend a future workshop.
